    The short version: Use Snappy fairly, don't abuse it, and understand the AI listings are suggestions — always review them before posting on Vinted.
  

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Snappy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Snappy is

Snappy is an AI-powered tool that analyses photos of clothing items and generates suggested Vinted listings including titles, descriptions, prices, and hashtags. Snappy is not affiliated with Vinted. We are an independent tool to help sellers save time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snappy. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

5. Free tier and paid plans

Snappy offers 5 free AI-generated listings to new users. Paid plans will be introduced in the future. We reserve the right to change free tier allowances and pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing users.

Referral bonuses (extra free listings earned by referring friends) are granted at our discretion and may be adjusted or removed if we detect abuse.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Snappy to generate listings for items you do not own or have no right to sell
Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to make bulk API requests beyond normal usage
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Snappy service
Use Snappy to generate misleading or fraudulent listings
Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free listing limit

7. AI-generated content

The listings Snappy generates are AI suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before posting it on Vinted or any other platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, descriptions, brand names, or sizing information. Always verify the details match your actual item.

You own the listings you generate and edit. We do not claim any ownership over your listing content.

8. Intellectual property

The Snappy name, logo, and interface design are our intellectual property. You may not copy or imitate the Snappy brand or service without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Snappy is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

Inaccurate AI-generated listing information
Losses arising from items sold using Snappy-generated listings
Service interruptions or data loss
Any disputes between you and buyers on Vinted

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
