    The short version: Use Snappy fairly, don't abuse it, and understand the AI listings are suggestions — always review them before posting anywhere.
  

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Snappy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Snappy is

Snappy is an AI-powered tool that analyses photos of secondhand items and generates suggested listings including titles, descriptions, prices, and hashtags for platforms including Vinted, eBay, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, and TikTok Shop. Snappy is not affiliated with any of these platforms. We are an independent tool to help sellers save time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Snappy. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

5. Plans, payments and credits

Snappy runs on a listing credits system. Each AI-generated listing uses one credit. We offer a free tier, monthly and annual subscriptions, and one-off credit packs.

Free

Free — 3 credits included on sign-up, no card required

Subscriptions — credits top up automatically each billing period:

Monthly Plan (£3.49/month) — 50 credits added every month, cancel anytime
Annual Plan (£29.99/year) — 600 credits, unlocks all Pro features

One-off credit packs — pay once, credits never expire:

Starter Pack (£3.99) — 50 credits, unlocks Starter features
Growth Pack (£5.99) — 100 credits, unlocks Growth features
Pro Pack (£9.99) — 250 credits, unlocks all Pro features

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile under Manage Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your credits and features until then. One-off pack credits never expire and are tied to your account. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Your cancellation rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from your first payment. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, by purchasing and using credits you consent to their immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel for any credits you have used. Unused credits within the 14-day period may be refunded. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Feature access: Purchasing a credit pack or subscription unlocks the features associated with that tier. For one-off packs, feature access remains as long as you have credits remaining or have previously purchased that tier. For subscriptions, feature access continues while the subscription is active.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases and subscription renewals. We will give advance notice of any change to subscription pricing before it takes effect. Previously purchased one-off credits are not affected by price changes.

Referrals: When you refer a new user using your referral code, both you and the new user each receive free credits. Referral bonuses may be adjusted or removed if we detect abuse.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Snappy to generate listings for items you do not own or have no right to sell
Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to make bulk API requests beyond normal usage
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Snappy service
Use Snappy to generate misleading or fraudulent listings
Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free listing limit

7. AI-generated content

The listings Snappy generates are AI suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before posting it on any platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, descriptions, brand names, or sizing information. Always verify the details match your actual item.

You own the listings you generate and edit. We do not claim any ownership over your listing content.

8. Intellectual property

The Snappy name, logo, and interface design are our intellectual property. You may not copy or imitate the Snappy brand or service without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Snappy is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

Inaccurate AI-generated listing information
Losses arising from items sold using Snappy-generated listings
Service interruptions or data loss
Any disputes between you and buyers on any selling platform

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
