Free tier
Snappy's free tier is provided at no cost. No payment is required to use your 3 free credits.
Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual plans)
- 14-day cooling-off period — You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided you have not used the credits included.
- Credits used during the cooling-off period — Credits are digital content supplied immediately. By using credits you consent to their immediate supply and acknowledge you lose the right to a full refund for credits already used. A pro-rata refund for unused credits may be considered at our discretion.
- Cancellations — You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile under Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your credits and features until then. No partial-period refunds are issued after the 14-day cooling-off period.
One-off credit packs
- 14-day cooling-off period — You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any credits you have not yet used.
- Used credits are non-refundable — Credits are digital content consumed on use. By purchasing and using credits you consent to their immediate supply and acknowledge that used credits cannot be refunded.
- Credits never expire — One-off pack credits remain on your account until used.
Technical issues
If a fault on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will assess a refund on a case-by-case basis.
