What makes a Facebook Marketplace listing work

Marketplace is mostly local, and buyers decide fast. The listings that sell skip the back-and-forth:

A plain, searchable title: what it is, the brand and the key detail ("IKEA Hemnes chest of 3 drawers, white").
Measurements for furniture and anything that has to fit somewhere.
Honest condition, with any marks shown in the photos.
Collection details: roughly where, when you're free, and whether you can post.
A clear price, and whether you're open to offers. Most "is this still available?" messages come from listings that leave something out.
