Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 2026
Snappy is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where reasonably practicable.
What we've done
- High contrast colour scheme (dark background with teal accents)
- All interactive elements are keyboard accessible
- Buttons and links have descriptive labels
- Font sizes are adjustable via browser settings
- The app works across screen sizes, including mobile devices
- Images have alt text where meaningful
Known limitations
- The camera/photo upload feature requires a device with a camera and may not work with all assistive technologies
- The AI-generated QR code for mobile login may not be accessible to screen reader users — an alternative login method is always available
